Good stuff: It was a beautiful,old hotel with lots of character. The staff were so very helpful,and friendly. Great first impression of the Welsh people/country :)

Bad stuff: Maybe put screens on the windows, so you could open the windows to allow for cooler air to circulate, but keep the flies out :)

Overall: We didn't realize there would not be air conditioning, but there was a fan,and we could open the windows to let in cool air. A nice place to stay, with really nice staff, and wonderful food in Cafe Jazz & in dining area! Don & Laurie Milam ---Harrison,Arkansas USA
