We are situated about 3km from Birmingham city centre and convenient placed for those who are working in the city or exploring the many attractions and superb shopping that the city offers. Good stuff: Good value for money, easy to find with the map provided with the booking information. Good sized car park. Breakfast was good value for money.

Bad stuff: Very hot-heating on high very uncomfortable. Decore dated in need of refreshment.

Overall + Stuff we would like to have known: I feel we had all the information we needed before booking the hotel. It met our needs and enabled us to attend the training course near by refreshed after a long day's travelling the day before.

Overall + Stuff we would like to have known: Myself and my colleagues had a very comfortable one night stay at the Norfolk Hotel. The breakfast was great value for money and accommodated for all tastes. The room walls are particularly thin so expect some noise during the night from late-comers! Overall if you book on the internet for a substantial reduced tariff it's well worth the money
