Our warm and welcoming family run establishment is proud of its well earned reputation for comfortable accommodation, cheerful hospitality and high level of attentive, yet unobtrusive service that each of our guests receive.
We have 16 well proportioned rooms that have all been decorated and furnished in a period style, each room having its own special character, plus all the facilities that you would expect from an establishment of this class. Each single, twin, double and family room has en-suite bathroom with bath or shower; satellite TV; tea and coffee making facilities and telephone. We are a child friendly establishment and cots/cribs can be made available on request.
A choice of breakfast is served in our dinning room and when you return in the evening from you day spent working in the city, or exploring the many interesting and exciting attractions that Birmingham and the surrounding area has to offer, we have a splendidly comfortable lounge and bar, the perfect place to sit, relax and unwind with a drink, while you plan your excursions for the following day.

Good stuff: FRIENDLY STAFF

Overall: THE DOUBLE ROOM IN THE FRONT OF THE HOTEL WAS FINE HOWEVER THE TWIN ROOM AT THE BACK WAS IN NEED OF ATTENTION BOTH IN DECOR, AND IN THE PLUMBING DEPT.
