Our pleasant and welcoming family run establishment is located in Sunninghill village just a few minutes south of Ascot, with easy access to the M3 and M25 motorways. As a small and cosy hotel we pride ourselves on the quality of our accommodation and the personal, attentive service that all of our guests receive.

Located in the picturesque village of Sunninghill just minutes from Ascot, we have the ideal place for you to make your base if you intend to travel around the region on business or to visit the many delightful attractions that the area has to offer.
We have gained an enviable reputation for the warmth of welcome and genuine hospitality that we extend to all of our guests. If you have any special requests or requirements during your stay please let us know and we will do our best make sure they are catered for. All of our 11 twin, double and family rooms have all the facilities expected from a modern establishment, including stylish en-suite bathroom with bath or shower and complimentary toiletries; central heating; windows that you can open; a work area with desk, lamp and direct dial telephone with modem port to allow internet connection via your lap-top; trouser press; iron and ironing board; hairdryer; alarm clock radio; colour TV; smoke detectors and hospitality tray with tea, coffee and biscuits. A full English breakfast is included in the price of the room. Non smoking rooms are available on request.
Our restaurant serves a range of delicious home cooked, traditional English dishes that are sure to satisfy even the biggest appetite, select a bottle of fine wine to complete your meal perfectly.

Good stuff: Clean, good food and very friendly hosts. We hope they do well and we will stay in the future. We have stayd before.

Bad stuff: A little dated perhaps, for some peoples tastes.

Overall: For our short visits this accommodation suits us fine.
