 Set in the seaside town of Selsey our small and cosy establishment offers high class, comfortable accommodation, with a real home from home feeling. Just 7 miles from Chichester and on the picturesque south coast the ideal location for exploring the many delights of the area.
Our location in the picturesque town of Selsey, just a short distance from the sea and some excellent, unspoilt beaches. Pagham Harbour and nature reserve is ideal for walking and bird watching and is just two minutes away. The city of Chichester and the holiday town of Bognor Regis are just a ten minute drive away. As you explore the area you will find that there are many beautiful, interesting and exciting places to visit within just a few minutes drive and we think you will agree that we have the perfect spot from which to appreciate the many delights of the surrounding area.
We have 10, recently refurbished, tastefully decorated and supremely comfortable rooms that provide everything you may require for a pleasant and enjoyable stay. Each room has en-suite facilities with bath or shower; colour TV; direct dial telephone and tea/coffee making facilities. For the safety and comfort of all our guests all of our rooms are non smoking, as is the lounge, but smoking is permitted in the bar area. There are two floors, with five rooms on each, those on the ground floor open directly onto the garden, and dogs are welcome in these rooms by prior arrangement. Also on the ground floor we have a room that has been specially adapted for those with mobility problems and allows easy access by wheel chair users. We are also extremely child friendly, with a large and safe garden for your children to play in.
A choice of breakfasts are served in our dinning room, including the traditional English breakfast.
When you return you can unwind with a drink from the bar in our small, but cosy bar, or you can relax in our comfortable lounge, where in winter there is a log fire to warm you.
