All of our rooms are well proportioned and tastefully decorated with en-suite, cable TV, telephone and tea/coffee making facilities. With rooms ranging from single, twin and double there is certainly something to suit everyone.
In our Phoenix Restaurant and Bar you can sample good food, wine and a selection of local draught beers in a warm and friendly atmosphere.

Good stuff: The cleanliness and excellent order of the rooms (everything worked superbly).

Overall + Stuff we would like to have known: Impressed with the cleanliness and excellent order of the rooms (everything worked properly). The friendliness of the staff was evident, plus a well organised & trouble free self catered breakfast arrangement. Plenty of choice of cooked (Full English) and other choices (vegetarian) to be had.

Good stuff: it was comfortable, clean and tidy. Quiet location, very friendly staff

Bad stuff: Cheaper bar snack menu, as we were a large group with children and the menu was more for older people i.e two or three courses an the children didn't want this, they would have preferred burger and chips etc

Overall + Stuff we would like to have known: i found out all i needed when making my booking

Good stuff: 2 periods of stay the first in a twin bedded romm which I found too small. The second period was in a double room which was very nice.
