The present Dumbleton Hall has stood on this spot since the mid-nineteenth century but the original building can be traced back to 1534. Now this impressive country mansion, built of local Cotswold stone, has been lovingly restored and now offers superior accommodation for those seeking the peace and tranquillity of the Worcestershire countryside for a relaxing weekend break or longer holiday, or as a base to visit the varied attraction that the area has to offer. Although our location, situated midway between Evesham and Tewkesbury, gives the peaceful and relaxed feel of a secluded country house, we are ideally situated for trips to Worcester, with its museums, art galleries and Cathedral; Cheltenham, an elegant Georgian town with excellent shopping, theatres and race course or the historic Stratford-upon-Avon, the birth place of William Shakespeare.
