Our modern hotel and conference centre was built with elegance and comfort in mind. Located overlooking the splendid new Waterfront Canal Marina in the heart of the 'Black Country', we offer superb accommodation, excellent facilities and a location that puts many of the areas most interesting attractions on your door step.

We have 138 superbly comfortable, elegantly decorated rooms that have been furnished in a contemporary style and have everything you would expect to find in a hotel of this undoubted quality, plus much, much more. Our location gives easy access to all of the many attractions that the area has to offer: the Black Country Living Museum and Cadbury World are just two of the interesting places that can be reached within just a few minutes drive, and with the Merry Hill shopping centre next door there enough quality shopping to keeping even the most ardent shopaholic happy.
Each of our luxurious Classic Double and Connoisseur Double rooms has an elegant en-suite bathroom; central heating; opening windows; spacious sitting area; direct dial telephone; colour TV
with cable/satellite channels and non smoking rooms available on request. Our establishment was designed with the comfort, safety and convenience of our guests in mind, regardless of their physical abilities and all of our rooms have facilities to assist both deaf and blind guests to enjoy their stay. Our rooms have also been designed to be accessible by wheelchair users, with extra space in all bathrooms, conveniently sited grab handles etc.
We have the excellent Faradays Restaurant which has wonderful, panoramic views of the Waterfront Canal Marina. With stylish decoration and a relaxing, bright and airy atmosphere it offers an excellent choice of menus with a wide range of International dishes that are guaranteed to suit all tastes.

Good stuff: Cleanliness.

Bad stuff: I paid £20.00 to use Wireless broadband, and after using it in the foyer area successfully, I tried to use it from my room only to find out I could'nt access wireless broadband. Therefore need to either make people aware, improve your wirless coverage, or charge less.
