Our warm and friendly, family run establishment offers the perfect location for enjoying the delights of the wonderful sea-side town of Minehead. Close to all of the attractions that the town has to offer and just a few yards from the sea front, everything the holiday makers wants is nearby.

Set in a superb Edwardian town house in a convenient location that provides easy access to all of the many delights that this historic seaside town has to offer. Just a few minutes walk from the town centre, with a wide variety of shops, bars, clubs and restaurants, and the sea front with its clean, sandy beaches and picturesque harbour, everything that you could want can be reached with just a few minutes walk.
With just twelve rooms we are a small and cosy, family owned and operated establishment, where everyone receives a warm welcome on their arrival, and genuine hospitality throughout their stay. Each of our rooms is well proportioned and elegantly decorated using rich, harmonising colours, soft fabrics and comfortable furniture. For your convenience each room is equipped with a stylish en-suite bathroom with bath or shower and complimentary toiletries; central heating; windows that you can open; colour TV; hairdryer; smoke detectors; radio alarm clock and tea and coffee making facilities. For the comfort and safety of all our guests we are a completely non smoking establishment.
A satisfying full English Breakfast is included in the price of the room and is served in our spacious and cosy dinning room. We also have a wonderfully homely lounge, the ideal place to sit and relax in the evening and unwind after a busy day and enjoy a drink from the well stocked, licenced bar.
