Our location in the centre of Stafford is the perfect place for visitors to make their base. Close to the town centre with ample shopping, theatres, bars, clubs and restaurants that are just a few minutes walk away. A little farther afield are Shugborough Hall and Western Park, two magnificent stately home open to the public and Alton Towers, the foremost theme park in the country and all reached with just half an hours drive.
We have 31 well proportioned and supremely comfortable rooms which includes four executive suites and two suites with luxurious four poster beds, ideal for a special occasion, honeymoon or just a relaxing break for those incurable romantics amongst us. All of the rooms are well equipped with all of the amenities expected by todays traveller, each room benefiting from en-suite bathroom with bath or shower; central heating; windows that you can open; iron and ironing board; hairdryer; radio alarm clock; comfortable sitting area; direct dial telephone; colour TV with satellite channels; smoke detectors and tea and coffee making facilities. In our Executive Suites we also provide air conditioning, plasma screen TV, Freeview and DVDs.
Although there are several excellent restaurants nearby our guests have no need to leave the hotel. We are proud to say that we have a superb, award winning, Brasserie where you can dine on some of the finest food in Staffordshire in a relaxed and cosy atmosphere, with a wine list that includes fine wines from around the world we guarantee a pleasant and satisfying dinning experience.
