The names Wedgewood and Royal Doulton are famous the world over as the finest names in porcelain and ceramics and these are just two of the many famous name potteries that were founded nearby. We are located in the heart of an area known as 'The Potteries' so called because of the many famous potters who set up factories in the area, some going back hundreds of years. Within just a short distance there are many potteries, museums and living museums where you can see the process that has been used to make this famous pottery for generations. But these are not the only attractions, Alton Towers, Trentham Gardens and Stapeley Water Park can all be reached with just a thirty minute drive.
