Originally built in the late Victorian era as a public house, we now provide excellent accommodation and a friendly family atmosphere in traditional surroundings. Just a few hundred yards from the centre of Stoke on Trent and in the very heart of 'the Potteries', with its many famous china and ceramics factories nearby, we have the ideal position for exploring the delights of the area, whether it is touring around the famous potteries such as Wedgewood, Royal Doulton and Spode, to name but a few, or as a base for travelling around the area visiting exciting places like Alton Towers, Britain's number one tourist attraction with 500 acres of white knuckle rides, amusements and gardens.
As a small establishment we pride ourselves on the warmth of hospitality and personal, friendly service that all of our guests receive from our dedicated, helpful and courteous staff.
