Our location in Burslem, a suburb of Stoke on Trent that has close associations with the pottery industry that has made this area famous. We pride ourselves on the genuine warmth of welcome and hospitality that all our guests receive from our professional, experienced and friendly staff.

Located in one of the most famous areas of the town of Stoke on Trent, an area that has long been associated with the pottery trade and is known as 'the mother of the potteries'. From our central location our guests can get a real feel for the area and we are ideal as a base for the tourist, who wants to tour the working pottery factories and museums where you can see how famous potters like Wedgewood, Spode and Royal Doulton made their wares over a hundred years ago.
Our medium sized establishment has gained an enviable reputation not only for the quality of the accommodation we provide but also for the genuine warmth of welcome and hospitality that all of our guests receive from the moment they arrive until they are waving goodbye at the end of their stay.
We have 40 well appointed, comfortable rooms that have all been completely refurbished this summer (2005) to ensure that we continue to provide the very best accommodation for our guests. All of our rooms now have everything you would expect from an establishment of this class, including stylish en-suite bathroom with bath or shower and complimentary toiletries; work area with desk, lamp and direct dial telephone; central heating; opening windows; trouser press; iron and ironing board; hairdryer; remote control colour TV and hospitality tray with tea and coffee making facilities.
There is a choice of dinning options. We have an elegant and stylish dinning room where you can indulge yourself with our superb A La Carte or Table d'Hote Menu each evening, on Sunday we serve a traditional roast Carvery. Or you can choose from our popular bar menu, with a wide range of bar snacks and light meals, that can also be served in your room.
We have modern and well equipped conference and banqueting facilities, that can cater for up to 200 guests or delegates in comfort.
